Treasury & Securities Services - Treasury Services Strategy Executive
JPMorgan is looking for highly motivated professionals with strategic development experience to join its Treasury and Securities Services division ("TSS") in New York City. The team forms part of the broader TSS Strategy & Business Development group which reports to the Divisional CFO.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Reporting to both the Global Head of TSS Strategy & Development and the CEO of Treasury Services, lead the NY-based Strategy team which serves as a central resource to the TS CEO, TSS Executive Committee, and Regional Management Teams in the following capacities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis
* Conduct "deep dive" analyses on key strategic issues (e.g., competitiveness, growth)
* Support regional executives in understanding and addressing key strategic issues in the regions and/or countries
* Support key functional partners (e.g. sales, product management, liquidity) in the development and execution of strategic agendas =
Competitive Intelligence
* Compile and interpret market, customer and product development research to support the development of annual research and strategic business plans
Firmwide Strategic Initiatives
* Represent TS and take a leadership role in firm-wide strategic initiatives (e.g. Governance of International Wholesale businesses - Project Gemstone)
* Lead the process of developing, maintaining, and communicating TSS strategic direction
* TSS Strategic Plan for annual Operating Committee strategic offsite
* TSS Investor Day presentation
* TSS presentations to JPMC Board of Directors
Business Development
* Represent TS in TSS-specific opportunities and partner with Corporate Development team on broader firm acquisitions & divestitures

Requirements |
Qualifications
* 10+ years experience in strategic planning gained through experience with a major consultancy and/or a leading financial institution
* 7+ business experience in the wholesale cash management and transaction processing business
* Demonstrated superior strategic/break-through thinking and problem solving skills
* Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies based on customer insight and strong financially grounded business cases
* Solid analytical skills (financial modeling and statistical analysis), managing and leading work teams, strong research skills
* Exceptional communication skills including ability to convey complex ideas simply both verbally and written
* Strong project management abilities including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
* Track record of building and leading both direct and virtual teams to develop and execute cross-functional strategies and other initiatives
* Must have the ability to work effectively across the organization, execute projects, and to build and manage strong cross-functional
